Napfa was 2 days ago, projects day prelims was yesterday.

NAPFA.

One word: BAD.

Sit-ups-38 : Improvement by 5. But still the bare minimum.

Sit and reach-31cm : I really dont know how I stretched so little. Must have been exercising too little.

Inclined pull-ups-22 : Plus 2 from last year. Pretty upset because I wanted to do more but time didnt give me the privilege.

Shuttle run-11 secs : Oh wonderful. Simply. I wonder what 0.2 seconds of improvement are. -.-

Standing Broad Jump-198cm : The one I was fairly contented with. But upsetting thing is that I actually got a 202cm, just that i put my hands behind. :'(

2.4 km-12++min : Upsetting too. Wanted an 11++.

Total : Silver :'(

Judges said we were too ambitious. :( Hope we get through. Anyway, went for 3rd lang and saw Shaina! Haha we said hi breifly. Guess we talk more on sms :D
